Mediation

Mediation is a collaborative process where an independent, neutral mediator helps two or more parties in dispute to communicate, negotiate and reach agreement, without confrontation.

I passionately believe in mediation’s power to resolve even the most complex and long standing disputes. It doesn’t just settle issues, it builds understanding, supports wellbeing and creates outcomes that last. Mediation offers a cost efficient solution.

As an MII and IMI accredited mediator, I support individuals, families and organisations through difficult conversations, helping them reach practical and workable agreements.

Efficient

Faster and more cost-effective than going to court.

Structured
